Garden Guidelines

• Check in is 3:00 pm - Check Out is 11:00 am (Flexible when possible - just ask)

• ​All guests share the onsite pool, pool furniture and two sets of laundry. Please be mindful.

• To keep the pool safe for all guests, please use plastic drinkware only. NO glass near the pool.

• Limit the use of sunscreen and tanning oils in the pool.

• Unfortunately pets are not permitted due to allergies.

• Smoking permitted outside, away from the buildings.

• DO NOT touch or feed the wildlife.

• Maintain a peaceful environment — music is welcome, but loud or disruptive noise is not.

• Late-night swims are part of the Pura Vida experience — please keep it peaceful and soft-spoken. 

• Pool towels, folding chairs and coolers are for guests use, if you take them to the beach, please shake them out or dust them off well, before returning them to the suite.

• Take advantage of the foot wash stations. 

• Turn off A/C when not in the room. It cools quickly when needed and helps us conserve energy.

• Lock your doors and windows when you go out. We’re in a safe area, but it’s best practice anywhere.

• We do not charge a damage or security deposit. All guests will be responsible for any damages to the condo or gardens during their stay.​

Coco Garden Suites is located on two levels and offers ramp accessibility to the two ground level suites, the pool and La Casita. 

​

Playa del Coco is relatively flat and easy to get around, it’s a short walk to the beach and to town. Some prefer to rent a car or a golf cart in order to explore the area and other beaches a little more.

​

​Did we mention we love hosting groups? Our four - to be five suites can comfortably sleep up to 11 guests (4 king beds, 1 queen, and 1 single). Book all four and enjoy having the entire property — and the sparkling pool — all to yourselves! It’s like reserving a private 5-bedroom, 5-bath villa, only better — everyone still gets their own kitchen and private bathroom.
