Direct Booking Policy

A 50% reservation deposit secures your dates. The remaining balance is payable 45 days prior to arrival.

Payment may be made via e-transfer (for Canadian guests) to: shane@cocogardensuites.ca or by credit card via Stripe

Please note: Any associated processing fees are the responsibility of the guest.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund before 60 days
Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival: The reservation is non-refundable.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
